Why we started HalalCut

HalalCut Journal

Most "fresh" meat delivery in this city works the same way: cut in bulk, packed, and held in a chiller until someone orders it, sometimes for days. It's called fresh because it was fresh once, not because it still is by the time it reaches you.

We built HalalCut around a simpler idea: don't cut anything until someone actually orders it.

That means every order is genuinely prepared to order, hand-slaughtered through the zabiha method, and delivered, not whenever a warehouse gets around to it.

This journal is where we'll share more about how we work, what's new on the board, and what we're learning as we grow in Hyderabad.
